Eligibility and Participation

1.1          No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.

1.2          This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

1.3          Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.

1.4          Silverstar Casino tenant owners, managers, permanent / casual employees and their immediate families – including spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers or sisters – are not allowed to participate in this promotion.

1.5          Transactions at the following outlets / tenants will not be considered for participation in the Super Summer promotion:

1.6          Silverstar Casino management reserves the right to remove outlets / tenants from Super Summer promotion in the event that any irregularities are detected.

2. Promotion Dates and Qualification

2.1          The promotion will start on Monday, 29 December 2025 and end on Friday, 27 March 2026

2.2          Guests will qualify to enter the promotion by:

2.2.1       Earning tickets and adhering to the relevant ticket issuing requirements.

2.3          Guests will qualify to enter the promotion through multiple purchases, at multiple Silverstar Casino outlets that combined make the minimum spend criteria of R300. A list of participating retail outlets can be obtained from Box Office and Tsogo Rewards Desk

2.4          Draw tickets will be allocated as follows:

2.5          Tsogo Rewards members will qualify to enter the promotion by visiting the casino and registering a gaming visit.

2.6          A gaming visit considered for qualification into this promotion will be defined as a gaming visit with a minimum point earning of ten (10) points during the gaming day, where the gaming day commences at 08:00:00am and concludes at 07:59:59am the following morning – therefore the first gaming day of the promotion will commence at 08:00:00am on Monday, 29 December 2025 and the last day gaming day of the promotion will conclude at 08:00:00am on Thursday, 26 March 2026

2.7          Draw tickets for gaming visits will be allocated as follows:

3. Ticket Issuing and Ticket Issuing Times

3.1          Ticket issuing will ONLY take place at Box Office and Tsogo Rewards Desk

3.2          In order for a ticket to be issued, a guest will be required to provide positive and acceptable form of identification.

3.3          The data collected during the course of the promotion will be managed strictly in accordance with Tsogo Sun policies and procedures regarding privacy and direct communication.

3.4          Retail purchase/s ticket issuing:

3.4.1       The guest will be required to present an original receipt/s or tax invoice for redemption – NO copies, pro-forma invoices or reprints of receipts will be accepted.

3.4.2       Notwithstanding the above, a reprint that is stamped with an “Eligible for Super Summer Tickets” stamp AND signed by an authorised signatory from the issuing outlet will be accepted in the event of a printing error as long as this is stated on the reprint.

3.4.3       Original receipts / tax invoices that are damaged – spiked or torn – will not be accepted.

3.4.4       Original receipts / tax invoices that is not claimed by the guest at the time and point of purchase, will not be reissued at a later stage.

3.4.5       Original receipts / tax invoices must be stamped with an “Eligible for Super Summer Tickets” stamp AND signed by an authorised signatory from the issuing outlet in order to be accepted.

3.4.6       Receipts will only be valid for ticket redemption for 60 days from the date of purchase.

3.4.7       The Super Summer Ticket Issuing platform will calculate the number of tickets based on the values of the receipt/s and the Super Summer Ticket Issue staff member will issue the guest with their ticket/s.

3.5          Gaming visit ticket issuing:

3.5.1       The Super Summer ticket Issuing platform will automatically calculate the amount of gaming visit/s ticket/s a guest qualifies for and the Super Summer ticket Issue staff member will issue the guest with their ticket/s.

3.6          The guest will then be required to enter the ticket/s into the tombola provided for this purpose.

3.7          Twenty lucky participants will be randomly selected to receive an additional 25 bonus tickets per week for redeeming their receipts at Box Office or Tsogo Rewards Desk and participants may be selected more than once for the duration of this promotion.

3.8           The Box Office and Tsogo Rewards Desk will only issue tickets during the times stipulated and advertised on the various mediums available on complex.

3.9          The Box Office and Tsogo Rewards Desk operational times may vary or change without prior notification as deemed necessary by Silverstar Casino Management.

4. Weekly Cash Draws

4.1          Cash draws will take place at 21h00 on the following dates:

• Guests can enter their tickets up until Thursday for that week’s Friday draw e.g. Guests can enter tickets at Box Office or Tsogo Rewards Desk from 29 Dec – 8 Jan for 9 Jan draw etc.
• Draws will take place on the promotions stage.
• A total of five (5) finalists will be drawn at 21h00.
• Qualifiers may not be drawn more than once in the same draw but may be drawn more than once a day on days where we have more than one draw. A redraw will be done should the same finalist be drawn more than once in the same draw.
• Should the same finalist be drawn twice there will be a redraw and the ticket will go back immediately to the bin
• The winners shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino.
• Should a finalist not want to go up on stage, he/she must complete the necessary proxy forms as well as provide positive and acceptable form of I.D. for the participant and the proxy. The proxy desk will be open from 12h00 on the day of the draw until 15 minutes before the start of each draw.
• Once verified by Security and Surveillance, the finalists will be eligible to receive their prize.
• Finalists will receive their prizes as per the below table:

4.12        The issuing of cash amounts are dependent on the order as listed below:

4.13        All winners must sign for receipt of prize within 15 days of the date of the draw.

5. Bonus Cash Draw

• Bonus Cash draw will take place at 22h00 on 27 February 2026
• Draws will be manual
• All tickets from the previous weekly Cash draws will be entered into the tombola together with that week’s Cash draw tickets.
• Draws will take place on the promotions stage.
• A total of five (5) finalists will be drawn at 22h00.
• Qualifiers may not be drawn more than once in the same draw but may be drawn more than once a day on days where we have more than one draw. A redraw will be done should the same finalist be drawn more than once in the same draw.
• Should the same finalist be drawn twice there will be a redraw and the ticket will go back immediately to the bin

6. Final Car Draw

• Final car draws will take place at 22h00 on 27 March 2026
• Draw will be manual with all the tickets from previous cash draws will be entered into the tombola
• Draw will take place on the promotions stage.
• A total of five (5) finalists will be drawn at 22h00.
• Qualifiers may not be drawn more than once in the same draw but may be drawn more than once a day. A redraw will be done should the same finalist be drawn more than once in the same draw.
• Should the same finalist be drawn twice on the same draw there will be a redraw and the ticket will not go back to the bin.
• The winners shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino.
• Should a finalist not want to go up on stage, he/she must complete the necessary proxy forms as well as provide positive and acceptable form of I.D. for the participant and the proxy. The proxy desk will be open from 12h00 on the day of the draw until 15 minutes before the start of each draw.
• Once verified by Security and Surveillance, the finalists will be eligible to go up on stage for the prize reveal.
• Finalists will select prize reveal devices in the order they were drawn.
• There will be NO doubling of the Cash prizes at the Final Car Draw.
• Prizes will be won as per the below table for the Car draw:

• All winners must sign for receipt of prize within 15 days of the date of the draw.

6.14        Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given five (5) minutes to present themselves and must be in possession of the required documentation belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.

6.15        Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.     

6.16        The prize is not transferrable and will not be extended.

6.17        The prize includes flights, airport transfers, intercity transfers and accommodation with daily breakfast for up to a maximum of four (4) people.

6.18        A process for declination to be present at a draw will be available at the Guest Relations Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.

6.19        Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process. (Please refer to the prescribed Proxy nomination form for this purpose).

6.20        Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given five (5) minutes to present themselves and must be in possession of the required documentation belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.

6.21        Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. 7. General

7.1          The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.

7.2          All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.

7.3          Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.

7.4          In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.

7.5          Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.

7.6          The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
