How to enter: 

This exciting promotion is open to Silverstar Casino Tsogo Rewards members (Ace, King, Queen, Jack, and 10 Tiers) who are registered on playTSOGO Online Betting, or who registers between 5 May and 15 June 2025 on playTSOGO Online Betting.

 

How can I get tickets?

Silverstar Ten and Jack Tsogo Rewards members will earn 1x draw ticket for every R100 wagered and Silverstar Queen, King and Ace Tsogo Rewards members will earn 1x draw ticket for every R500 wagered on any form of wagering activity on playTSOGO online, including Slots, Tables and Sports – tickets will be uncapped.

 

When can I get tickets?

Participants earn tickets and to be eligible for selection during the draw as per the set criteria below:

Tickets can be activated on the day of the draw, from 08h00 until the start of the draw. Tickets earning period criteria:

Participants must swipe their Silverstar Rewards cards at the eHost machines to activate their tickets into the electronic bin or enter via the Tsogo Sun App, on the specified dates and times.

Tickets must be entered on the day of the draw from 12h00 until the start of the draw.

The Tsogo Sun Draw App will be used to select Five (5) winners at 18h00 from the Ten & Jack Tiers and Five (5) winners at 19h00 from another bin from the Ace, King and Queen Tiers at the Silverstar Main Stage located on the Main Casino Floor.

Participants can only win once per draw.

Five (5) winners will be drawn at 18h00 to share R25, 000 in Cash and 5 winners will be drawn at 19h00 to share a R100, 000 in Cash. A random prize reveal mechanic will be used to award the prizes.

Cash amounting to R125,000 will be given away as per the below table on each draw day:

Draw Times:

The draws will take place on 25 May and 15 June 2025 at 18h00 (Ten and Jack) and at 19h00 (Ace, King and Queen) at the Silverstar Main Stage located on the Casino Floor.

Let the wagering begin!

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. This promotion is exclusive to all Silverstar Rewards members.
  5. This promotion begins on 05 May and ends on 15 June 2025.
  6. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
  7. Silverstar reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
  8. A “participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win a promotional competition.
  9. Silverstar Ten and Jack Rewards members will earn 1x draw ticket for every R100 wagered and Silverstar Queen, King and Ace Rewards members will earn 1x draw ticket for every R500 wagered on any form of wagering activity on playTSOGO online including Slots, Tables and Sports – tickets will be uncapped.

  1. Participants must activate their entry into the draw at the eHost machines or via the Tsogo Sun App prior to the actual draw, within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. Ticket activation via the Tsogo Sun App requires that the Participant is actively playing on Slots or Tables at Silverstar for the Mobile App to permit entry.
  2. Draw dates and times for this promotion are as follows:

  1. Tickets for these draws will be uncapped.
  2. Tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
  3. Tickets are not transferable and cannot be exchanged
  4. The draw will be held publicly at the Silverstar Main Stage where ticket numbers will be announced.
  5. Participants must be present at the draw area during the draw when the tickets are drawn and announced or must register to decline to be present at the draw by completing a proxy form.
  6. A register will be available at the Rewards Desk also known as Guest Services Desk and in the Prive for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  7. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
  8. Nominees or proxies may not represent more than one participant.
  9. A total of ten (10) prize winners will be selected at the draws using the Tsogo Sun Draw Application
  10. Prize winners or nominated proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner; and/or positive and acceptable form of identification.
  11. Should the prize winner not have the identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
  12. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
  13. Collectively this draw will see R250,000 in Cash prize giveaways.
