Red Rose Valentine’s Day Competition

1. No person under 18 is allowed to participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Qualifiers may not be drawn more than once in the same draw. A redraw will be done should the same finalist be drawn twice in the same draw.
5. Entries cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration during the duration of the promotion from 12 February till 18 February 2024.
6. Patrons will have to spend a minimum of R300 on a single bill to qualify for entry at the participating restaurants.
7. Finalists and/or Prize winners will be selected by way of random selection for all draws on
8. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
9. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw at Silverstar Casino in Krugersdorp.
10. The prize is valid for a two month period.
11. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
12. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management
13. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
14. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.

Facebook Competition:

1. The competition is open to South African citizens only.
2. No persons under 18 years may enter this competition.

This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. Participants may enter the competition draw by accessing the casino’s social media pages directly. Participants must interact on the online medium to qualify for an entry to the draw e.g. by commenting/liking/sharing.
6. Participants can activate their entries into this competition by coming to Silverstar Casino, finding the Red Rose sticker on complex take a photo, tag their partner on social media using the hashtag #Love at Silverstar and posting it on Silverstar’s Facebook page.
7. A maximum of 1 individual entry can be entered per person for the one week.
8. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any form of consideration.
9. The competition starts on Monday, 12 February and closes on Sunday, 18 February 2024 at 12h00. Participants must activate their entry within the specified time frame.
10. The prize winner will be selected by way of a random draw on Monday, 19 February at 13h00 at Silverstar in Krugersdorp. The winner does not need to be present and will be contacted via social media direct message on the day of the draw. A social media post on the Silverstar social media page will also be published on the day of the draw, with winner’s name.
11. Only 2 winners will be selected from the entries collected, on Monday, 19 February at Silverstar in Krugersdorp.
12. Every participant in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
13. All reasonable steps shall be taken to contact the prize winner via social media.
14. Winners are requested to acknowledge receipt of the notification within 48 hours of the notification.
15. The winner will have 15 days from the time of notification to collect their prize at Box Office at Silverstar within operational hours, and must present an acceptable form of identification upon receiving his/her prize.
16. The prize is valid for a two month period only.
17. If the winner does not collect his/her prize within the above-mentioned 15 days – a new winner may be drawn and contacted.
18. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
19. The prize is for 2 persons only on the dates of the draw Monday, 19 February.
20. The prize excludes transport to and from Silverstar.
21. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device or online system used for the competition draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
22. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
23. Neither Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their Directors, Officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by the prize winner or any of his/her invitees, as a result of the prize winner having taken up the prize. The prize winner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company for any such loss, damage, injury or death.
